We take pride in taking a simple idea and creating something magical with it . We want your guests to walk into a magical space where the personalities of the couple is seen through not only the flowers but all elements of design we create. Our design services include floral designs, fabric designs, creative lighting designs and all the little details to add the perfect finish to your exquisite design. Our goal is to create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime at every event. Our professional and creative design team and vendors are onboard on one mission, to specifically deliver well coordinated, exquisite and extraordinary results for your grand event.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
DAY OF COORDINATION
This package is for couples who have already booked vendors and planned their wedding on their own from start to finish but they need OBO Events to execute their plan seamlessly and effortlessly to take the stress off them, their family, and their friends! We call this package month of coordination including day of coordination because we jump in 1 month before your wedding to go over all of the details. We review contracts, do a venue walkthrough, create floor plans, create timelines, and coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible. This package comes with rehearsal the day prior to your wedding day.
We take the time to meet with each client to discuss their vision and assist them in choosing and designing floral arrangements and decor that reflect their color scheme, style and vision.
After initial contact, we will set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Initial consultations can be done in person or over the phone. In person consultations will take approximately one hour. This first meeting will allow us to determine whether we are a good fit for one another.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your event floral details: personals, ceremony and reception flowers, as well as, any additional decor services needed. We usually encourage clients to provide us with images or inspirations they might have for their big day.
One week after the consultation, we will email you a proposal for your review detailing the items discussed during the consultation. This proposal is not set in stone and can change throughout the design process.
Moving forward: Please note that in order to book your date in our calendar, a signed contract and deposit must be received. Design doesn't stop after booking. Additions and changes are welcomed at any time. Any additional services will be added to your current invoice order.
The day of your wedding, we take care of absolute every aspect of floral and event decor, from set up to breakdown and make sure everything is set as beautiful as your dreamed your big day to be!
